1. Acceptance

By creating an account on AdPlatform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Advertiser Responsibilities

Advertisers must ensure their ad content complies with all applicable laws. Content that promotes illegal activity, adult material (unless specifically permitted), malware, or misleading claims will result in immediate account suspension without refund.

3. Publisher Responsibilities

Publishers must only display ads on websites they own or have permission to monetise. Generating fraudulent impressions or clicks by any means — including bots, click farms, or self-clicking — will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of unpaid earnings.

4. Payments

All balances are held in USDT on the platform internal ledger. The platform is not a bank. Funds are not insured. Publishers may withdraw earnings at any time to any supported wallet address. Advertisers may withdraw unused balance at any time.

5. Anti-Fraud

The platform operates automated anti-fraud systems. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be paused pending review. The platform reserves the right to withhold earnings determined to be fraudulently generated.

6. Rate Changes

Impression and click rates may be adjusted by the platform at any time. Current rates are always visible on the platform website.

7. Termination

The platform reserves the right to terminate any account at any time for violation of these terms. Legitimate balances will be returned to the account holder upon verified request.

8. Limitation of Liability

AdPlatform is not liable for any loss of earnings arising from platform downtime, ad network fluctuations, or changes in advertiser demand.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
